Mixing types of meditations

Hello, how are You? I've been reading Joe dispenza "supernatural" book and he has separate chapters for different types of meditations (one more focused on law of attraction, another more aimed to desintoxicate chakras, another for heart coherence, etc) my question is, i first started with the law of attraction type and as i kept reading i learned about the other ones and now i can't help but feel like combining all in one (ex: like focusing on the symbol and higher emotions but Also trying to feel the head chakras) and sometimes i feel like im overcomplicating the session and not reaching that deeper levels of meditation that i felt more before. Has anyone had this doubt already? Maybe i should do 2 meditations separating the different types?
