Hey hey! Thank you for the awesome content here.
I am newbie in this and meditating for about 20min+ everyday. Some of the days when I meditate its hard to focus on breathing and deep breaths.
I have issues with sinuses and its a bit though to inhale through nose and exhale through mouth.
My body gets tired and I want to get back to my short breathing routine after some period…
Is this something that most newbies experience?
