Meditation begginer

I want to start meditating, any tips? I have tried some times but it is very difficult for me to mantain even 5 minutes. I have attention deficit disorder and I'm always overthinking, stressing about everything, every little detail and I can't get into action, I'm always procrastinating. I would be very kind if you helped me, and sorry for my bad english, it's not my language.
