I have just started meditating everyday for 20 minutes. If anyone is experienced at meditation I would love to ask some questions or just have a chat!

  • I would like to know any tips or strategies you find useful?

  • I also still find it hard to maintain peacefulness while I sit and I am wondering how long it will take before things get more comfortable for myself? – What was things like for you?

  • Also what are the benefits you feel in your life now since you have really got into meditating regularly?
