Hi all, long time meditation trier here, been really on and off.
Every time I try to meditate I feel as though I'm putting heaps of attention into sitting up right with a straight back and then I become really irritated as my back begins to hurt (like small pinches of tightness).
Anyone have any advice on this? Do you have to be sitting upright to meditate? I know if I lie down I'll probably be too comfortable and maybe start to become sleepy and that doesn't sound good either.
