I almost always feel like I'm flying while practicing meditation. Like I'm not able to feel my physical body at all. I feel like my whole body goes numb 10 minutes into meditation and I couldn't sense anything even sounds around me unless and until I decide to end my meditation by focusing on my breath again. I usually start with transcendental meditation and end up focusing on my godly figure. Also I'm getting stoned high after coming out of meditation and this usually lasts for an hour after meditation. Is this normal?
